Aman is a self-taught musician and producer who began in Kathmandu and now works between South Asian independent scenes and London. He plays guitar with the Kathmandu band The Phosphenes and releases solo work that leans into sampling, electronic texture, and melody without needing to shout.
His EP Bollymood (Cape Monze Records) folds childhood Bollywood memory into beatmaking — short hooks, ambient air underneath. Live, he holds a room gently: enough song to gather people, enough space between notes for talk.
