Sanskriti

Berlin-based adaptive yoga, meditation, and sound — practice shaped by disability advocacy.

Berlin

Yoga facilitator

Sanskriti is an adaptive yoga teacher, meditation facilitator, filmmaker, and disability rights advocate based in Berlin. Drawing from lived experience with disability, she creates inclusive somatic practices that explore the connection between movement, breath, and body awareness.

Her work sits at the intersection of disability advocacy, art, and embodied research — movement as a space for healing, creativity, and connection. Singing bowls and sound often travel with the practice; rest is part of the invitation, not an afterthought.
